Tokyo Metropolitan Festival 2016 website opened!
- The Tokyo Metropolitan Festival Organizing Committee will be holding the Tokyo Metropolitan Festival in Toshima City’s Ikebukuro area, for a 109-day period between September 1 (Thur.) – December 18 (Sun.), 2016.
- The festival will kick off in autumn 2016 with the Performing Arts Festival in the Ikebukuro area of Toshima City. From early autumn to winter, four projects/programs – Festival/Tokyo 2016, Tokyo Metropolitan Theatre Autumn Selection, TOSHIMA International City of Arts & Culture Program, and Asian Performing Arts Forum – will gather and brighten Ikebukuro with a wide range of programs, from pioneering performances, area-based works and participatory productions.
